The gut hut

 

As Co-Founder of The Gut Hut, I poured my vision and energy into creating Jordan’s first premium functional-foods brand.

Our product line included 72-hour simmered bone broth, bone broth gummies, probiotic coconut yoghurt, kombucha, sauerkraut, & sea moss gel, each crafted to empower the gut while being easy to integrate into everyday routines. What began as a small concept quickly became a community rooted in traditional wisdom and powered by education and awareness.

In just five months, sales grew by +1,140%, and within seven months I built an Instagram following of 8,800 engaged community members through reels, storytelling, and authentic content.

 

I wore every hat.

photographer, retoucher, content creator, social media manager, and partnership lead, while also structuring the company for growth by designing bilingual packaging, establishing its digital presence, and implementing operational systems such as Shopify POS and SOPs. I also conducted the groundwork to ensure regulatory compliance with the Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA), investigating the steps and requirements needed for our products to scale legally.

 

Cherie Pop! Kombucha

A probiotic-rich kombucha crafted in collaboration with Chérie Pilates Studio. Featuring a refreshing cherry and almond extract flavor profile, this limited-edition drink was exclusively sold at Chérie Pilates Studio in Amman, Jordan.

Rooted in Community

Beyond daily sales through Instagram orders, we dedicated ourselves to a weekly presence at the Saturday Farmers Market. Each weekend, we brought our full product line, met new people, and educated the community on how food can transform wellbeing.

These markets became the heart of our brand. A space to build real connections, spark conversations, and grow organically. What started as a simple stand became the foundation for scaling, grounding us in the relationships that gave The Gut Hut its soul.

 

CocoCulture Coconut Yoghurt

Made with just coconut and probiotics, that’s it. A dairy-free, plant-based alternative to cultured dairy yoghurts, where 1–2 tablespoons each morning deliver probiotics to jumpstart digestion and support gut balance

The Gut Hut lands in Aqaba

At B12 Beach Club in Ayla Oasis, Aqaba, The Gut Hut introduced its kombucha: a non-alcoholic, bubbly, probiotic-rich beverage crafted for beach visitors who prefer non-alcoholic options and those seeking health-forward refreshments. This collaboration brought wellness to the coast, expanding the brand’s reach beyond Amman.
